When you fill in the form we collect the data needed to handle the availability and quote request: name, email, arrival and departure dates, number of adults and children, children’s ages, pets, optional marketing consent and message text.

• legal obligations eventually connected with a booking or later stay;
• optional promotional emails or newsletter updates only if you gave separate consent.

Recipients and retention

The data may be seen by the staff handling the request and by the technical provider hosting the website and email. Unconverted requests are kept for the time needed for commercial handling and, as a rule, no longer than 12 months from the last communication, unless different legal or defensive needs apply.
